Your Account Manager will be happy to help you build a campaign and set your mortgage lead criteria based on information he gathers from you like your licensing, preferred lending criteria etc. Your Account Manager will help you optimize a campaign to get you the lowest mortgage lead cost and one that will yield the best results and ROI for your particular business needs and target metrics. You can also get started immediately without having to wait to receive your username and password. Simply click on "Sign Me Up" at the bottom of this page and you can create your Broker Login and begin selecting the criteria you desire for your leads.
Regardless of whether you elect to have a customer service representative create your account or if you do it yourself, you will still be emailed a username and password. Additionally, he or she will be happy to tell you about any special promotions or first time offers we have available once you speak.

Select your criteria, place your daily order, and fund your account:
Select your standard criteria of Loan Purpose, Credit Rating, Property Type, and State(s) that you have mortgage licensing in. These are all standard filters included with our leads in addition to minimum $75,000.00 loan amounts at no extra charge. Next, click continue at the bottom of the page to move onto any additional criteria you may want. (Please note, the base prices of leads without additional criteria are: NON-EXCLUSIVE LEADS and are $25 per lead. Select your additional criteria based on what leads you are looking for. Available filters include: Requested LTV and Requested Loan Amount. (Please note, each additional criteria with custom filters has an additional fee of $5).
Set up how many leads you would like to receive each day as well as the total number of leads for this campaign. We recommend 5 or more mortgage leads per loan officer per day to provide you with a robust pipeline of borrowers, and a minimum of 100 leads for a campaign to make sure you generate mortgage loans and see a Return on your investment.
Now complete the transaction and either fund your account via credit card: We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, or you can Fax a check made out to National Lead Service to 949-625-7540
Verify the transaction:
Once you fund your account, we will email you an ID verification form. Please make a legible copy (use lighter copier settings and enlarge if possible) of your drivers license and the credit card you used, and sign the form and FAX it back to us at 949-625-7540 or PDF it and email it to: Contact Us . Please be sure to black out all but the last four numbers on your credit card. Also please make sure the signature on the form matches the signature on the drivers license and credit card. We do this to protect the cardholder and to ensure the purchase of these leads are authorized by the cardholder.
Once we have received the ID Verification form we will activate your account and send out leads the same day unless you have noted otherwise. Click here to print Verification Form
Be sure to Bookmark the www.nationalleadservice.com webpage by clicking the home button, selecting “Favorites” from your browser’s top menu, and select “Add to Favorites”. The NLS home page contains the log-in screen at the top right of the page, so once you enter your user name and password, you will be taken to our Lead Management System where you can manage and view your leads, return bogus leads for credit (please see FAQ’s for valid return reasons), add funds, and track your lead campaign.
We will also automatically send you emails if your funds get low, or to provide you with other essential information related to your mortgage lead campaign.
